About the wine
The slate, loamy soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground. The winemaker from the French winery Henri Villamont knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. With the delicious Clos du Cromin from 2014, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Aromas of ripe grapes, bitter almonds, roasted hazelnuts, framed by floral notes (hawthorn, elderberry, fern and verbena), a mineral touch (silex) and a touch of butter, honey, citrus fruit. Durable, winey with a nutty softness. Nice balance and freshness. Crystal-clear bright yellow with lime green reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Duck liver, veal in white sauce, grilled crawfish, lobster, blue cheese.
