About the wine
Clos de los Siete was founded in the 90s by Michel Rolland. His aim is to create a cuvée from different grape varieties that has more complexity, character and harmony than comparable Argentinean wines. Thanks to his many years of experience, he still does this brilliantly today, because Michel Rolland is considered a true master of composition. As an accompaniment to a tender steak, the Clos de los Siete is an indispensable highlight.

Tasting note
A deep purple that reaches to the brim. On the nose, tempting aromas of dark wild berries and cherry cake unfold, accompanied by subtle notes of thyme and high-quality pipe tobacco. On the palate, the wine is velvety and explosive at the same time; blackberry jelly and blueberries are caressed by fine roasted aromas that perfectly complement the lush fruit. A touch of vanilla, grated coconut and black raspberry completes the taste experience. The finale is intense and expressive with an impressive length.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal with beef loins, T-bone steaks, beef appetizers, lamb legs or eggplant casserole. It is also an excellent choice for stews and high-quality grilled dishes.
