Tasting note
Deep cherry-red robe with shades of purple. Intense bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, blackberries and cassis, accompanied by delicate toasted notes. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate with a lovely acidity, enveloping tannins and a persistent finish.

Goes well with charcuterie, stews, red meats, grilled game, aged cheese and pies.
