About the wine
This wonderful white wine from Valencia tastes intensely of citrus fruits. It is refreshing, tastes like joie de vivre and a holiday in the Mediterranean, and is exceptionally elegant — the ideal companion for a light summer dinner.

Tasting note
With aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and tropical fruits as well as a touch of herbs, it shows a lovely freshness and minerality. On the palate, it is well structured, with fine acidity and a long, balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, rice dishes, Thai food, grilled fish and tapas.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the Malvasia grape. The wine is then aged on fine lees, which gives it more fullness and structure.
