Tasting note
Pale lemon yellow color. On the nose, floral notes of white flowers and fruity aromas of citrus fruits and apricots, but also of anise and pastries. Voluminous and round on the palate, with an excellent and natural acid structure. A long, fresh and creamy finish.

Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks (70%) and wooden barrels (30%), then aged for 7 months with regular battonage in steel tanks and French barriques.
