About the wine
Elegant Valais red wine with aromas of ripe berries and fine spices. The palate is full-bodied, harmonious and with soft tannins. Perfect with regional specialities, meat dishes and aged cheeses.
Tasting note
Very nice ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet is characterized by notes of wild berries. In the mouth, its full-bodied structure combined with a nice acidity gives it a long shelf life.
Culinary recommendation
This red wine goes well with hearty meat dishes such as rack of lamb, beef tenderloin or game ragout. It is also an excellent accompaniment to ripe hard cheese or a selection of spicy antipasti.
Vinification
Barrel aging for 24 months complements all the subtlety of the unique terroir.
