Beautiful cherry red with garnet edges. Intense nose that reveals blackberries and blueberries. In addition, candied fruit, coffee, cocoa and licorice. Vinification
Bodegas El Nido is the joint project of Juan Gil, Jorge Ordonez, one of the leading American importers of Spanish wines, and Chris Ringland, Australian producer of top-rated wines. Such a collection of experts in Jumilla can only mean one thing: world-class wines! The grapes come from 12 ha of Cabernet Sauvignon and 32 ha of very old Monastrell vineyards, which have a very low yield. To prevent reading damage, the grapes are harvested in small baskets. This is followed by another very strict selection. This masterpiece from El Nido spends 22 to 26 months in French and American new barriques. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
