About the wine
Clarendelle belongs to Clarence Dillon Wines, which also owns the legendary Bordeaux Châteaux Haut-Brion. Of course, Clarendelle's vines don't grow next to Haut-Brion's. However, the great art of Bordeaux wines (even the best ones) is the blending, the ability to combine wines from different locations and grape varieties in such a way that the result is greater than the sum of the individual parts. The same team that is responsible for the top wines at Clarence Dillon Wines also makes the assemblages at Clarendelle. The result is very good Bordeaux wines at affordable prices.

Tasting note
Golden yellow with green reflections. Apricot, white peach and grapefruit aromas. The wine is powerful and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to fish and Asian cuisine.
Vinification
The grape varieties are fermented in steel tanks, separated by variety on the mash and then assembled.
