Tasting note
Sparkling pale yellow Fresh on the nose with notes of white fruit and flower blossoms as well as brioche. This Chardonnay is harvested by Sébastien a little earlier than usual, which gives it a fresh, crisp structure and produces fine, vegetal aromas. A quarter of the wine is aged in wooden barrels, which rounds off the Chardonnay. A great biodynamic aperitif wine for hot summer days but also for cozy chestnuts roasting in autumn.
