Tasting note
Color: Pale yellow, extremely brilliant with fine light green reflections. Aromatics: Fruity, intense aroma experience, pineapple, delicate, citric notes, pears, delicately tart carambola aromas, a touch of iced candy. Body: Lively start, seductive, light fruit sweetness on the palate, which is balanced by a present, juicy acidity, long finish with aromas of pears and pineapple. Quality: Great aroma experience, great drinking fun.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tuna tartare seasoned with coriander, mussels with spiced butter and moules marinieres.
