Tasting note
Intense ruby red color. On the nose, the scents are reminiscent of red berries, plums and wild cherries. On the palate, it is elegantly fresh with soft tannins and a juicy and long finish.

Vinification
The Ciliegiolo grape is a historic Maremma vine. She enjoys the sun and sea breeze, which give her color and freshness at the same time. Manual harvesting. Fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of 8 days. Storage: In steel barrels — 6 months and approx. 3 months in the bottle.
