About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Creaciones Exeo masters this red wine in the picturesque and enchanting landscape of the Upper Ebro. Tasting note
The tierra bianco made from Viura, Malvasia and Garnacha bianca surprises with a freshness that is untypical of the region and juicy fruit. Aromas of ripe apricot, some apple and a slight vanilla touch inspire both the nose and the palate. It looks fleshy, with lots of melting and shines with a wonderfully long finish. A wonderful companion to fatty fish dishes, seafood, poultry, pasta and veal.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, fish and seafood, veal blanquets, poultry, starters of all kinds.
Vinification
The grapes for Tierra Blanco are picked by hand, carefully selected, then pressed and fermented in used 225 liter French and American oak barrels. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 4 months
