Tasting note
Shining in straw yellow, the wine features aromas of caramelized vanilla, roasted coffee beans and fresh limes as well as delicate nuances of white flowers and quince as well as a subtle smoky note. On the palate, the wine delights with a buttery, creamy mouthfeel and full body. Barrel aging gives wine structure and complexity. The finish is characterized by a powerful extract that underlines the elegance and strength of this exceptional wine.
Vinification
The young wine ages in barriques on fine lees for nine months. Both new and used barrels are used.
