Tasting note
Color: intense garnet red. Aroma: On the nose, a wonderful bouquet of red fruits with a touch of cedarwood. Character: Warm, powerful and very concentrated on the palate with spicy cherry aromas and a touch of vanilla.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes, meat terrine, roast veal with morel sauce, mild semi-hard cheese and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 15 months, 33% in new oak barrels.
