Tasting note
Very rich cherry red with distinctive viscosity and black core. Intense, dark-berry aromas of bromine and blueberries, fine roasted notes, spicy-peppery with a hint of tobacco. Long, full-bodied first drink, present tannins, strong, well-structured body, the sweet, ripe berry fruit seduces the palate, long aftertaste. Dark with distinctive tannins — a true Spaniard who loves the sun.

Goes well with Mediterranean minced meat pie, caramelized red cabbage, with spiced breast.
