Tasting note
Color: Bright cherry red with strong purple reflections. Aroma: Intense, ripe, deep fruit in the bouquet of black cherries, blackcurrant jelly, floral notes of violet, finely roasted of licorice and vanilla, finely earthy of mushroom. Body: Long start, medium-strong, present palate, good acidity, distinctive tannins, mineral finish Quality: Very typical of the variety, gentle but lively wine.

Goes well with aperitifs, starters, white meats and poultry.
