About the wine
Chignin-Bergeron is one of the 16 sub-regions or “crus” of the Vin de Savoie appellation in eastern France. The vin de Savoie (often simply spelled “Savoie”) is the main name for the Savoy region in the extreme east of France. The wine styles are characteristic and rarely found outside their areas of origin.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with fish sauce, fish with a delicate flavor.
Vinification
Cri Cri is made from 100% jacquère, which grows on clay-calcareous soils and comes from 49 to 72 year old vines with a density of 7,000 vines per hectare. Cri Cri combines freshness and spice in a lively way of expression that impresses with a clear explosion of aromas, a mineral structure and a delicate note.
