Tasting note
Bright pink with fine perlage. Delicate aromas of strawberries, field flowers, raspberries and red currants. Pleasant moussage, intense palate aromas with a very refreshing finish.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified separately. After gentle, gentle pressing, a slow, temperature-controlled first fermentation takes place. The subsequent second fermentation is carried out in large pressure tanks using the Charmat method. The sparkling wine then ages in the bottle for another 6 months.
