Tasting note
Glows a thick salmon pink in the glass. Very intense and fruity bouquet, with aromas of raspberries and granta apples, as well as floral notes of peach blossoms, roses and violets. On the palate, with a dry taste, harmonious and lively.
Vinification
Maceration for 12-36 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in steel tanks.
