Tasting note
This balanced garnet red wine with slight violet reflections enchants with a fine bouquet of cherry, chocolate and red currant. On the palate, it is slightly sparkling, with a fine initial sweetness, lovely harmony and distinctive tannins. A soft, full structure carries the aromatic fruit, and a lasting finish rounds off the pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with traditional Italian dishes such as pasta al ragù, ossobuco or grilled lamb. It is also an ideal accompaniment to hearty antipasti with salami and pecorino or a stone oven pizza. Its lively acidity goes particularly well with strong, spicy dishes. Buon appetito!
