Tasting note
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Rich and intense bouquet with notes of violet, vanilla and toasted wood. Harmonious and dry on the palate, with a pleasant tannin structure. Very clean aftertaste with a persistent aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks. After 10-15 days, the wine is separated from the dust to prevent the bitter tannins from dissolving. In large oak barrels for 14-16 months. Storage in stainless steel tanks until bottling and refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months after bottling.
