Tasting note
Complex bouquet with aromas of ripe cherries, red berries and violets, complemented by fine notes of tobacco, leather and spices. Powerful and balanced on the palate, with elegant acidity, velvety tannins and a long-lasting, spicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with bistecca fiorentina, game dishes or aged pecorino.
