Tasting note
The Chianti Classico is bright ruby red with an open-hearted nose of ripe cherries and raspberries, notes of violet and delicate spice. On the palate, it is versatile, juicy and rich. Lots of dark fruit and notes of violet and licorice. Elegant and juicy right up to the finale.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyards and harvested by hand. Then traditional mash fermentation for 12 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French barriques and tonnauxs. The ripening period is up to 14 months.
