About the wine
With the fine Chianti Classico DOCG from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends. Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio al Sole conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Finely scented bouquet of ripe cherries, underlined with notes of dark chocolate and fine licorice, typical Chianti aromas, on the palate, lots of fruit, red currants and plums, juicy and balanced, carried perfectly by the supporting fruit acid of Sangiovese into the fruity finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Italian cuisine, pasta, barbecues and aged cheese.
Vinification
Manual harvest at the end of September, fermentation in steel tanks, maceration 12-16 days, aging in used barriques and in steel tanks
