Tasting note
With its bright color, this Chianti exudes wonderful aromas of blackberries, raspberries and a touch of pepper. Sweet and very smooth on the palate, tannins and freshness are in harmony. Long-lasting and perfectly balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled lamb, beef or spicy pasta. It is also a characteristic accompaniment to ripe hard cheese or a pizza with a strong topping, which impresses with its freshness and structure.
Vinification
After traditional maceration for 2 weeks, the wine is aged for 18 months both in large oak barrels and in barriques.
