About the wine
With the snappy Sangiovese 2018 — Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Lareale, nuances and accents are redefined. Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Castello di Lamole conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Ruby red. Spicy with lots of cherry and raspberry, dried rose petal. Juicy and firm on the palate, it is hearty, with salty tannin, remarkable emphasis.

Vinification
After pressing, the must ferments with a two-week maceration on the skins in steel tanks, where it remains until the beginning of spring. This is followed by ageing in 30 and 50 hl oak barrels for more than two years.
