About the wine

Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Castello di Lamole conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Floral bouquet of violets paired with fruity notes of mulberries, blackberries and blueberries. Sweet spices on the palate with lovely freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes just as well with spicy or spicy dishes as with meat.
Vinification
Sangiovese is aged for around one and a half years in 50 and 70 hl oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are aged in barriques.
