The winemaker from the Italian winery Castello di Volpaia is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
This Chianti Classico Riserva, which was aged in barriques for 18 months, enchants with fresh, distinctive typicity. The variety of aromas could hardly be Tuscan; on the palate, it looks round with a nice persistence.

Suitable for pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, grilled or fried, veal with dark sauces.
