About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Castello di Lamole absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside. Tasting note
Rich ruby red. On the nose, nuances of blood orange, cherries and fresh raspberries. In the aftertaste, cinnamon and a pinch of anise, also reminiscent of licorice. Round and juicy on the palate with robust tannins.

Vinification
After pressing, the must is fermented in wooden barrels of 50 hl, during which a maceration takes place on the skins for about two weeks. This is followed by at least 30 months of aging in medium-sized oak barrels, with a small portion aged in barriques.
