Tasting note
Dense ruby red Aromas of ripe, dark berries, plums, plum compote surround the nose. On the palate, well-balanced acidity, powerful tannins. Medium-weight body, well-structured and balanced. Sweet and spicy aftertaste.

Pizza, pasta also with meat ragout, prosiutto, salami, cheese
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in 5000 liter Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months, aging in bottles for at least 3 months.
