About the wine
This medium-bodied Chenin Blanc was created in honor of the white rhino. The wine has aromas of ripe peaches with fragrant floral notes that gently linger on the palate.

Fresh and fruity Chenin Blanc that goes great with cream-based vegetable dishes, salads, fish and chicken dishes.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and slightly crushed. The juice was immediately pressed (only the lightest pressings are used) and aged cold at 8°C for 2 days. The clear juice was then bottled The coarse yeast is bottled and transferred to a stainless steel tank for fermentation.
