About the wine
A bright purple. On the nose, intense aromas of black cherry and blueberries, accompanied by spicy black pepper. Soft and enveloping on the palate, with prominent tannins. The aromas of black fruits are in the foreground, while notes of cocoa and pepper give the finish a subtle complexity. The balance between fullness and freshness is particularly seductive.

Vinification
Grenache: aged in amphorae for 21 months. Syrah and Cinsault: 2/3 for 21 months in Burgundy oak barrels, 1/3 of which in new wood.
