Tasting note
A very drinkable and high-quality sparkling Chardonnay, but without alcohol. The aroma profile of this wine shows the typical Chardonnay nose of fresh yellow peach and orchid with a fine toast note. This wine is very accessible and fresh with a long and concentrated finish. This non-alcoholic wine is made with organic grapes, but EU law does not yet allow non-alcoholic wines to be certified organically.
Vinification
De-alcoholized by vacuum distillation to obtain natural aromas and flavors. No synthetic flavors or flavors added. 45g/l residual sugar.
