About the wine
This Sauvignon Blanc impresses even discerning wine lovers — completely without alcohol. It remains true to the typical character of the grape variety and delights with an intense, fresh aroma of green notes, grass and gooseberries. The bouquet literally pops out of the glass! On the palate, it is round, creamy and perfectly balanced. Vegan certified and classified as Vin de France. Made from organically grown grapes. Please note: According to EU law, non-alcoholic wines may not yet be certified as “organic” — although the grapes meet this standard.

Tasting note
A sophisticated aroma profile of grass and gooseberries that is intense and pops out of the glass. The texture is round and creamy and very well balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with light summer dishes such as goat cheese salad, fried green asparagus or sushi. Also great with fresh pasta dishes with lemon sauce, vegetarian quiches or a colorful vegetable pan with herbs. Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to a light lunch.

De-alcoholized by vacuum distillation to obtain natural aromas and flavors. No synthetic flavors or flavors added. 25 g/l residual sugar.
