Tasting note
This non-alcoholic rosé looks like a Provence rosé, tastes like a Provence rosé and has the same quality as a Provence rosé — but without alcohol. Made from 60% Cinsault, 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Beautiful pink color with intense fruit notes of raspberries and fresh cherries. The body is light, which makes you want another glass. Overall very balanced with a very long aftertaste of fine red fruits. This non-alcoholic wine is made with organic grapes, but EU law does not yet allow non-alcoholic wines to be certified organically.
Vinification
De-alcoholized by vacuum distillation to obtain natural aromas and flavors. No synthetic flavors or flavors added. 25 g/l residual sugar.
