About the wine
Alcohol-free Cabernet Merlot with aromas of red berries and plums, fine spices and soft tannins — full-bodied, elegant and aged in wooden barrels. De-alcoholized by vacuum distillation and without synthetic aromas or flavorings.

Tasting note
One of the first non-alcoholic wines aged in wooden barrels. This Cabernet Merlot blend therefore also has a nice woody flavor, but also very fine red berries and plums. The tannins are light and very well integrated into the concentrated fruit aromas. It is one of the best non-alcoholic red wines in the world. This non-alcoholic wine is made with organic grapes, but EU law does not yet allow non-alcoholic wines to be certified organically.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, white poultry or mild cheese.

De-alcoholized by vacuum distillation to obtain natural aromas and flavors. No synthetic flavors or flavors added. 30 g/l residual sugar.
