Tasting note
Strong range of aromas, characterized by dark, ripe, fresh fruits (cherry and blackberry), raspberry jam and a touch of laurel scent. Full-bodied, supple and at the same time annoying palate. A complex range of aromas, complemented by Espelette pepper and menthol flavors, which give it a nice feeling of freshness. Dense tannins rich in finesse. A fruity, fresh, very elegant and complex wine with a nice aging potential. Intense bright cherry red with purple shimmer.

Stuffed eggplant, black pudding, coq au vin, rabbit stew, beef chop with pepper sauce, venison, brie, camembert, blue cheese, chocolate desserts.
