Tasting note
Dark ruby, complex and expressive. Aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberries. Mocha, vanilla and floral notes of dried rose. Powerful on the palate with a fine tannin structure and a medium finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, venison and veal.
Vinification
Traditional vinification. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Maceration of 3 weeks with daily pumping. Storage for 12 months in French oak barrels.
