A wine for nostalgics of the old authentic style of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, namely: deep, dense, powerful and massive, with a unique extract. The genuine Lager Châteauneuf-du-Pape, whose substance is almost reminiscent of a concentrate. Laurence Féraud achieves this exceptional quality thanks to a restrictive production policy (small yields, selection at harvest and then on a so-called “tablede trie”). The vinification is very traditional. Laurence dispenses with fining and filtration. The Domaine du Pégau is one of the smallest wineries in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
