About the wine
A cuvée from Clairette. Grenache blanc and Roussanne. On the nose, a nice freshness with notes of peach, nectarines, chamomile, pears and toast. On the palate, notes of pears, lemon zest, apricots and again toast, with a little mandarin on the finish. It goes very well with swordfish.
