Tasting note
The bouquet is extremely complex with notes of quince, truffles and flowers. Aromas of honey and wild flowers also develop on the palate. The wine has a wonderfully fresh structure and distinctive minerality, which reflect the outstanding terroir. Aromatic and long-lasting Perfectly balanced and with high aging potential!
Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly and fermented in homemade Troncais oak barrels.
