Tasting note
The nose reveals a dense range of aromas, which suggest ripe cherries, gooseberry jelly, raspberries, spices (licorice, caramel), black chocolate and fine aging aromas (tobacco, smoke). On the palate, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape is both rich and elegant. The typical aroma is reflected in the palate. The velvety, ripe tannins are incorporated into the fruity structure, which leaves a harmonious impression. It is sustainable, long and complex in the finale.
