About the wine
Quiot family, winemakers from generation to generation for 2 centuries. It covers a total of 170 ha. Vineyards and several domains of various appellations (including Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes de Provence) to this family business. The headquarters of Vignobles Quiot are located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The company is a “Société Anonyme” (AG), with all shares owned by the Quiot family.

Tasting note
This ruby-red, smooth wine is incredibly harmonious with a bouquet of ripe black berries, dried fruit and some coffee and smoky notes. On the palate, aromas of clove and licorice are added. A soft, full body supports the elegant fruit, and a long finish rounds off the treat.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef with dark sauces and curries.
Vinification
Information on vinification: Ageing between 12 — 20 months in concrete tanks and approx. 10% of the wine is aged in barriques.
