Tasting note
In the glass, Château Trottevieille 2022 is deep ruby red. On the nose, complex aromas of blackcurrants, plums and cherries develop, complemented by notes of violet, cedarwood and fine spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins, lively acidity and notes of dark fruit and tobacco. The aftertaste is long, elegant and complex.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with lamb, game dishes, beef tenderloin and aged cheese.
