Tasting note
The wine has a peach tone that is reminiscent of rose gold. The first, enveloping nose develops aromas of candied citrus fruits, which gently transition to lemon verbena notes. On the palate, there is a direct start of berry aromas, in particular strawberries and raspberries. The center of the palate is particularly firm, extremely harmonious and fresh. The overall impression is delicious, right down to the subtly balanced finish infused with grapefruit aromas.
Vinification
This rosé from Domaines Ott * impresses with exceptional aging potential, gains depth and finesse over the years and yet remains elegant and lively. A wine that continues to gain character over time.
