About the wine
With the fine Château Raspail Gigondas AOC, which was produced in 2013, you will certainly have a lot of fun. The wine-growing regions of the French Raspail Ay winery stretch across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine.

Tasting note
This wine comes from stony and calcareous soils and the vines are cut in tapestry. All this gives this “Grand Cru” its dark color. On the nose, we can recognize aromas of spices and black fruits. A complex and structured wine with a very good aroma persistence.

Goes well with red meat, lamb, game.

Information about vinification: This wine comes from stony and calcareous soils and the vines are cut in tapestry. The vineyard is located on the southern and south-western slopes of Gigondas. Aging in large wooden barrels. Chateau Raspail, of great importance in the history of wine in Gigondas, was acquired by the Meffre family in 1979 and has now regained its former glory.
