About the wine
Nestled between the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes, the estate covers more than one hundred and fifty hectares. The castle was built on solid foundations: an ideal climate, passionate people and a soil covered with rolling pebbles. Wine also expresses the personalities and richness of an entire terroir.

Tasting note
Very pale, shiny color. Refreshing on the nose with pleasant fruity notes of white peach and lychee. On the palate, notes of sour fruit. A wine that is fun, quenches your thirst and is suitable for every moment!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty southern French cuisine. An ideal summer wine!
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then on fine yeast for a few months.
