Tasting note
Ruby red color with aromas of blackberries, currants and cherries, plus beautifully integrated cedar aromas. The tannins are elegant and the wine has a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with a piece of meat, or even with a vegetable stew.
Vinification
The blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot is vinified in various parts. One part ferments in a steel tank, one part in a concrete tank and one in a wooden barrel. After blending, the wine is stored in barriques for 12 months.
