Tasting note
Deep purple color. Complex nose with concentrated aromas of black fruits, cedarwood and tobacco. Rich in mouth, balanced, with well-structured tannins, excellent bouquet and intense aftertaste. Suitable for storage

Ideal with fine game and red meats with spicy sauces.
Vinification
The classic method of red wine pressing is used using selected doughs at controlled temperatures. Ageing wine in French oak barrels for 24 months and then in bottles for about a year in underground cellars.
