Die Aromen des Château Pictet-Lullin Séléné Grand Cru von Blumen und Kräutern drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Im Anschluss zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit leichtem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser Weisswein seine meisterliche Qualität.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pot roast, châteaubriand, lamb, mallard, venison medallion, mushroom risotto and mild cheese.
Vinification
At the biodynamically managed winery, the ripeness of the grapes is carefully checked to determine the optimal harvest time. The yields from the vines are severely limited to guarantee the highest quality. The grapes are picked by hand and later sorted out again in the cellar. After gentle pressing, the must is naturally pre-clarified. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged on fine yeast in steel tanks and oak barrels. Easy filtration
